Hello, I'm Beth

Welcome!

I'm so glad you're here...but, first I would like you to meet Jane...

Jane is vibrant, over 50, and has finally made herself a priority. No longer juggling everyone’s needs, she now focuses on nourishing meals, a lifestyle that supports her physical and mental health, and embracing the freedom to pursue what makes her truly happy. In this exciting chapter of her life, Jane is proving that aging isn’t about sacrifice—it’s about thriving.

Let’s Work Together
If Jane’s story resonates with where you are in life and what you want to achieve, I’m here to support you. My purpose is to empower you to embrace your ability to heal, build resilience, and achieve vibrant, balanced health. Together, we’ll explore your unique journey, uncover the root causes of your symptoms, and create a personalized plan. This isn’t just about quick fixes; it’s about sustainable transformation—enhancing your quality of life, mental clarity, emotional stability, and peace of mind.
Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach
I offer personalized coaching both online and in person. My approach blends formal education with transformative personal experience. I received Certification for coaching with Functional Nutrition Alliance (Andrea Nakayama), but my greatest lessons have come from a 25-year healing journey. Through determination and resilience, I overcame heavy metal toxicity that affected my gut health, memory, and cognitive function. Personal struggles with food sensitivities ignited my passion to help others heal. I truly believe no one should suffer unnecessarily.
As a spiritual, intuitive person (not religious), I work with clients on a deeper, more compassionate level—without imposing my personal beliefs. I’m committed to empowering you to create sustainable health and wellness. My coaching approach is shaped by my own life experiences and backed by evidence on the power of nutrition, lifestyle changes, and mindset.

A Personal Touch
My parents, who lived vibrant lives into their 80s, inspired me deeply. Their cancer treatments later in life highlighted the profound impact of healthy choices and prevention. Through my own journey of seeking answers, I’ve seen firsthand how nutrition and lifestyle changes can manage, delay brain dysfunction, and in some cases reverse the aging effects on the brain. This, along with my belief in somatic healing, drives my mission to help others take proactive steps toward resilience. On a personal note, I’m a proud grandmother of two teen boys and a mother to a wonderful daughter and son-in-law. I find peace in walking and biking through Safety Harbor, and I love playing pickleball. Health is a priority for me, and I strive to live what I teach. I’m human, though, and slip up sometimes—just like you. But my commitment is to be authentic, balanced, and to navigate this journey together.
